Labour Law

Labour Law

Labour law’s sphere of activities has undergone a major transformation since the 1970s. Research in the field focuses on traditional labour law, but also labour market policies. In the past it it sufficed to determine what followed from Swedish law. Today the subject   includes both European and global dimensions. Sweden's integration with Europe in the field of labour law has created side-effects influencing both education and research. Many research projects in labour law reflect the European influence, whereas other projects are still deeply rooted in the traditional Swedish model.
